How do you deal with cravings?
I'm having a wicked craving for peanut butter and chocolate and I would just love to run across the street to Dollarama and get PB Cups but I'm not.
Do you buy the lower calorie version? Last time I had this craving, I bought gluten free pb and chocolate bars but I don't want to go that route just yet.
In other news... 49 fricking lbs! The scale couldn't even give me a break and say 50 lbs.
It just couldn't.
